Justine’s own personal journey of self-healing and transformation has equipped her with valuable insights and empathy, allowing her to guide others with wisdom and compassion. With over 60 years of combined experience, based in psychotherapeutic practises & the latest discoveries in neuroscience; Aurora and Justine, will facilitate the next level to your journey, through guided activations, meditation practises and personal facilitation. Daily Yoga
Daily yoga classes and pranayamas assist us in regulating the nervous system, relaxing and connecting us deeper to the body. Other movement practises will also support us to shift the energy on the physical level, to begin our day deeply connected to all parts of our “self”, nourished and fully prepared for the magic ahead.
The Crystal Tones Bowls ™
High alchemy bowls are instruments of consciousness expansion. Aurora has been playing them since 2006. They raise the vibration in the body and assist in the rewiring of the brain; releasing the consciousness from the space-time continuum. A superb transformational tool.
Melukat Ceremony
Melukat comes from the word sulukat. “Su” means good and “lukat” means purification.
This is a Balinese ritual to cleanse the body – both spiritually and physically, from our present life as well as past lives, from the negative elements by washing the body in holy waters.
