Aurora Hood Hammond is the founder of the Hammond Institute, formerly the College of Holistic Counselling in Sydney, educating health professionals since 1991. Aurora has been a mental health social worker and psychotherapist working in grief, trauma and loss for over 40 years.
Now living in Queensland, Aurora is an author and runs Crystal Tones bowl events, workshops and retreats. Practising and living the journey of healing on cellular and soul levels, she embodies her wisdom and offers you the possibility to heal on a deeper level and reconnect with your soul.
Justine Watson is a holistic mental health counsellor, author, and public speaker with over 25 years of experience in the field. She specialises in working with individuals on a multi-dimensional level, addressing the mind, body and soul to optimize mental health and overall well-being.
Justine’s own personal journey of self-healing and transformation has equipped her with valuable insights and empathy, allowing her to guide others with wisdom and compassion. Her approach creates a safe and discerning space where individuals can feel seen, heard, and accepted; empowering them to expand into their true essence and brilliance.

Daily yoga classes and pranayamas assist us in regulating the nervous system, relaxing and connecting us to the body. Aurora has been playing them since 2006. They raise the vibration in the body and assist in the rewiring of the brain; releasing the consciousness from the space-time continuum. A superb transformational tool.
Melukat comes from the word sulukat. “Su” means good and “lukat” means purification. This is a Balinese ritual to cleanse the body – both spiritually and physically, from our present life as well as past lives, from the negative elements by washing the body in holy waters.
